Direct primary care allows me to offer comprehensive, personalized care and to build lasting relationships with my patients.       You start with a low-pressure introductory call with Dr. McClellan. This is a chance to ask questions, understand the direct primary care model, and get a feel for whether Redwood is the right fit for you—before making any commitment.

      If it feels like a good fit, you’ll join the practice and schedule a longer first visit. Membership allows for unrushed care, direct access, and a relationship-based approach to your health.

      Your initial visit is comprehensive and unhurried. We review your history, priorities, and goals, and create a thoughtful plan together—grounded in evidence and tailored to your life.

      Care continues between visits. You have direct access for follow-ups, questions, and check-ins, with appointments scheduled when you need them—not months later.
